Cancellations: In the event that a national lockdown in England mandated by the UK Government results in the cancellation of your holiday, the full cost of your booking will be refunded.In all other situations, our usual cancellation policy as set out in the Terms & Conditions of Booking will apply.
Illness: Please do not travel to the property if you or anyone in your household or support bubble has Covid-19 symptoms or has tested positive within the previous 14 days.If you or anyone in your party becomes ill with Covid-19 symptoms or receives a positive test result whilst at the property, you must report this to us immediately.Unless against medical advice to do so, guests will be expected to vacate the property at the earliest possible opportunity in order to self-isolate/quarantine at home according to the guidelines set by the UK Government.Guests will be responsible for any costs relating to additional transport or accommodation they may need in these circumstances.
Cleaning: To keep both the cleaning team and guests safe, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol between each changeover, based on government advice and industry guidelines.There are certain items that we are unable to disinfect at changeover such as books/games and cushions/throws.Please use these with care or contact us in advance if you would like anything removed from the property for the duration of your stay. We encourage you to observe high standards of hygiene during your stay and we provide hand and surface sanitisers for this purpose.
